The queen conch is a cultural icon of the tropics, prized for their beautiful shells and harvested for treats like chowder and fritters. Join Dr. Megan Davis, Florida Atlantic University Research Professor, for the Manatee Center’s Lunch & Learn at noon on Friday, January 10th to learn about the queen conch and how aquaculture can help preserve them for future generations.
